Form 3+, Form 4 production prints, and SLS nylon for rugged functional prototypes with isotropic mechanical properties.

Bambu, Ultimaker, and large-format Markforged for engineering thermoplastics — PA-CF, PEEK, ULTEM where the spec calls for it.
Surface Finishing
Anodise (Type II/III), bead-blast, vapour smoothing, electroless nickel, and laser engraving — all qualified through partner shops.
Inspection & QC
CMM, optical comparators, roundness/concentricity checks, and full first-article inspection reports against ISO 2768 or ASME Y14.5.
