Engineering is our
first language.
Tornatima is an Ankara-based engineering company specialising in embedded systems, IoT architecture, PCB design, and precision manufacturing. We work at the intersection of hardware and software to deliver complete, production-ready solutions.
Founded in 2025, we started as a small team of engineers frustrated by the gap between good ideas and reliable hardware. That frustration became our mandate — to close the distance between concept and deployment as quickly and precisely as possible. Today we serve clients across industrial automation, consumer electronics, and defence-adjacent sectors.
Our Values
Precision Over Speed
We don't ship until it's right. Every board, every line of firmware, every mechanical part goes through rigorous review before it leaves our hands.
Honest Engineering
We tell clients what's feasible, what isn't, and what the trade-offs are. No overselling, no scope creep, no surprises at delivery.
Full-Cycle Thinking
We design with manufacturing in mind from day one. Prototype and production aren't two separate conversations — they're one continuous process.
Reliability as a Feature
Our work ends up in industrial environments, remote deployments, and critical systems. Reliability isn't a bonus — it's the baseline requirement.
Curiosity-Driven R&D
We allocate time every week to research, experimentation, and staying current. The best solution for your project might be something we learned last month.
Local Roots, Global Standards
Based in Ankara, operating to international engineering standards. We bring the responsiveness of a local partner with the rigour of a global firm.
From brief to
working hardware.
Every engagement starts with a discovery call where we map out your requirements, constraints, and timeline. From there we move through defined phases — concept, prototype, validation, and production handoff — with clear deliverables and checkpoints at each stage.
We work with clients directly, not through layers of account management. The engineer you talk to in week one is the engineer building your system.
Start a Project →Discovery
Requirements mapping, feasibility assessment, and timeline scoping before any budget is committed.
Concept & Design
System architecture, schematics, firmware specification, and mechanical layout — all peer-reviewed.
Prototype & Test
Physical build, board bring-up, stress testing, and iterative refinement against specification.
Production Handoff
DFM review, complete documentation package, and manufacturing liaison through first article.
